Meet the Team

Susan Millar, our practice manager, and  team of Chiropractic Assistants are a vital part of Central Cheshire Chiropractic Clinic. Yvonne, Elaine, Rachael, Amy and Kerry are welcoming and friendly creating a clinic atmosphere where you will feel relaxed and comfortable. The team will take the time to make sure your questions are answered, the information you need is available and that your treatment plan fits in with your schedule.

The Team

All our chiropractors are Doctors of Chiropractic, members of the British Chiropractic Association and United Chiropractic and registered with the General Chiropractic Council. The chiropractors are providers for most private medical insurance companies. Please check with front desk when you call. The chiropractors have excellent links with other healthcare professionals including GP’s, consultants and radiographers. Doctors of Chiropractic do not hold a general medical qualification. They have a specialised Chiropractic degree.

Claire Claire Mather-Dodd B.Sc. D.C.(Doctor of Chiropractic) – Clinic Owner.
Claire was brought up in Northwich and graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1995. Her interest in chiropractic began when her father was treated for a back problem by a local chiropractor. Following her first associate position, Claire set up Central Cheshire Chiropractic Clinic in 1997 initially working from a GP surgery. The clinic has expanded over the years and has moved twice to accommodate this! Claire’s day to day work is mainly filled with regular maintenance patients. She has special interest in treating young children and pregnant ladies but also in providing long term preventative/wellness type spinal health care. Claire has three young sons at home Sam , Luke and Ben. She enjoys fitness training and spending time with her husband and family.
Sian Sian Brown B.Sc. D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic)
Sian originated from South Shields but her family have lived in the Cheshire area for 14 years. She is about to take the plunge and become a first time buyer! Sian graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2005 and has worked in private practice since then joining Central Cheshire Chiropractic Clinic in 2007. She is an active person enjoying netball, swimming and yoga. Sian’s professional main interest is integrating exercise and rehabilitation into patient’s treatment plan not only to help relieve pain but to address the underlying body imbalances thus minimising re-occurences and lead to a healthy life.
Zara McGinnity Zara McGinnity MChiro. D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic)
Zara McGinnity graduated with Distinction in 2010 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She has since continued her professional development by completing further studies in a number of areas such as western medical acupuncture, and care for the pregnant and paediatric patient. . She is a firm believer that every individual is unique and therefore strives to create a unique treatment plan for each patient. Zara travels in from Skelmersdale to the clinic where she lives with her husband Tom. Zara enjoys sitting down to a good book or going to the cinema. At the weekend she likes long walks, the gym and swimming.
David Pudney David Pudney MChiro. D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic)
David is originally from Berkshire where he sustained a number of work related injuries that were unresponsive to conventional care. Further to treatment from his local Chiropractor, David became more and more interested in the profession and following the 5 year Integrated Masters of Chiropractic Degree graduated in 2010 with the award for Clinical Leadership. David relocated from Harley Street nearly 4 years ago with his partner Natalie following the arrival of their first son, Henry, allowing them to be closer to family. Henry was joined just over a year ago by new addition James, both sons like like to keep the couple busy! David has a professional and approachable attitude to practice and treats a patient as an individual with regard to their specific problem and its impact on the persons well being and quality of life.
